RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds unless the goods are faulty and cannot be replaced; however, items may be eligible for an exchange providing that they meet the following criteria:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchanges up to 14 days after the date of purchase. Once this period has lapsed, your item(s) will no longer be eligible for an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it- this includes all items being in their original packaging.

All SALE/CLEARANCE item transactions are final. You will not be able to exchange these items unless the goods are faulty.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may only exchange an item for the SAME item, unless it is no longer available; then you will be issued with a full refund.

SHIPPING

All items are sent using a tracked shipping system.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be for the product only and not for the cost of shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
